Meet Jayshree

I feel that we are all on our own individual journeys through life and some of us manage to get through the storms and obstacles on this path better than others.

I am a strong believer that we all have the ability to develop our coping skills so that we do not let things or others bring us down.  I believe that we each of us have it within ourselves to change how we allow things to affect us. Sometimes we need help to make this happen.

"The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny."

Services
Individual Counselling

Anxiety and depression are becoming everyday words and at some points in our lives we all experience stress points. Talking face to face with an experienced professional can be help us understand where our difficulties originate and how we can learn to cope.

Couples Counselling

In Sickness and in health?? If love conquers all why do relationships become challenging? Do we fall out of love? Most relationships are borne out of attraction, shared interests, romance and eventually, love. But there are many lifetime events which can lead to cracks in the relationship and result in disillusionment and uncertainty. The emotions we experience at this time can cause breakdowns in communication and it is at this time that a counsellor can help regain perspective and repair any breaks.

Therapy Workshops

Stress in the workplace is one of the biggest challenges faced by employers. 45% of the working days lost due to ill health in the UK between 2015/2016 were due to stress. Interactive therapy workshops are designed to help understand the biological, psychological and social factors related to stress and explore triggers and maladaptive coping behaviours.

"Your perspective on life comes from the cage you were held captive in."
